In depth articles about the 9th Infantry Division’s actions in the Normandy Campaign.

Each action will be written as a stand alone piece. The idea is to have several parts of these articles to perhaps combine them all later in the form of a book. The first part will detail the actions for the 39th Infantry Regiment at Quinéville near Utah Beach between June 12 and 14th. Part II will detail all of the actions for the 60th Infantry Regiment that took place between June 14th and July 1st, 1944. Both in progress, and coming soon!
